There are several ways to begin your journey to a happier life.

 

If you are part of the FE Warren military community, you can begin by attending a happiness conversation. A happiness conversation is a dialogue with a small group of Airmen and civilians who talk about happiness. We work together to clarify goals which move us closer to the happiness we want and explore things we can do every day to achieve those goals. These conversations on Wednesday evenings at building 212, at 1900.

If you live outside the Warren military community, or you want a more individual coaching experience, you can begin by filling out the form on the contact tab. After filling out the form, Brad will be in touch with you very soon to set up a meeting. There are a variety of ways to meet: your phone, skype, zoom, or in person. In your first meeting your life coach, Brad, will ask a series of questions to better understand your specific situation and the obstacles which are keeping you from being happy.

Then you and your life coach will work together to make a plan for how you can take the first steps toward being a happier person. As you begin to walk down the path toward happiness your life coach will evaluate how the plan is working, help you decide what adjustments need to made, and provide encouragement and accountability so that you continue to move toward your goal of being a happier person.
